Four generations. Nearly 200 years of winemaking. One family story.

Join us for a special evening with Lucrezia Povero, fourth-generation member of Cantine Povero, a family of winemakers whose story began in 1837 in Cisterna d’Asti, where Roero, Langhe, and Monferrato meet.

Today, Cantine Povero farms 50 hectares of certified organic vineyards, alongside forests and meadows, continuing a family tradition rooted deeply in the land. Lucrezia grew up among these vineyards and now leads the estate’s export and marketing efforts, traveling around the world to share her family’s wines and story. Her connection to California makes the evening especially meaningful she lived here for nearly four years while earning her degree at Menlo College and discovering the wine culture of Napa and Sonoma.

This September, she returns to California to bring the wines and story of Cantine Povero to Donato Enoteca.
