We are honored to welcome winemaker Serena Gusmeri, whose low-intervention philosophy and dedication to vineyard health have transformed the estate’s wines into some of the most compelling in the region.

Rooted in centuries of Tuscan winemaking history and driven by a deep commitment to sustainability, Montefili produces refined expressions of Sangiovese and Chianti Classico that truly reflect terroir, vintage, and place.

Join us at Donato for a special evening dedicated to the wines of Gumphof, a historic family estate located on the steep slopes at the entrance of Alto Adige’s Isarco Valley, where vineyards stretch between 350 and 550 meters above sea level.

We are pleased to welcome winemaker Markus Prackwieser, who will guide guests through a selection of his wines, including bottles from the Praesulis line, inspired by the nearby Castle of Presule.
