It is no secret that we are one of Giacomo Fenocchio's biggest fans. 

Claudio is not only one of the greatest Piemontese wine makers today but he is a very charismatic and welcoming soul.

Five generations of Fenocchios have been producing wine from their land in Monforte d’Alba since 1894. Claudio is a master at crafting classic Baroli that express the true essence of the Nebbiolo grape. 

With prices that frankly do not come close to approximating the astronomical quality of the wines, it’s obvious that Fenocchio wines should be on all Barolo lovers radar.

And what better way to showcase Fenocchios wines than to pair them with Alba white truffles. Our menu will have the option of adding the prized "tartufi bianchi" to Donato's exquisite Piemontese cuisine.
