During the pandemic, Chef Donato Scotti and his friend and colleague Chef Gianluca Guglielmi continued to serve their loyal customers by offering “Cooking Classes” and corresponding boxes containing all the food needed for each class.
This way, customers not only learned how the two chefs created their delicacies—connecting via video conference with Donato’s kitchen—but also spent time with their families and enjoyed good food in the comfort and safety of their own homes.
