Paradiso di Cacuci is a boutique winery located on the northwestern slopes of Montalcino, in the renowned Canalicchi Alti area. Founded in 1964 and revitalized in 2018 by Gogu Cacuci, the estate blends tradition with a modern, artisanal approach. The 6.5 hectares of vineyards—currently converting to organic—are farmed without herbicides or pesticides, with hand-harvested grapes and long aging in large Slavonian oak casks.
