Isole e Olena
Perched atop a hillside in the heart of the Chianti region, Isole e Olena is where winemaker Paolo De Marchi makes some of Italy’s best known “Super Tuscan” wines. His wines are uniquely known for their freshness contrasted with intensity. In 1980, Paolo pioneered his flagship wine, Cepparello, which is made from 100% Sangiovese and has set the standard for the Sangiovese movement in Italy.
