Riccardo Cominardi has worked with Alain Ducasse in Monte Carlo at Hotel du Paris and at multiple Michelin-starred restaurants including Il Cavallino in Desenzano del Garda and La Casa in Bedizzole. 
Riccardo's cuisine is the result of the influence of flavors and traditions of different ethnic groups, which he can wisely mix like the colors on a palette to create new taste nuances and emotions.
Also, in attendance will be Alessio Inama of the famed Veneto estate Inama. Inama's soulful wines will be paired to Riccardo's tasting menu.
