In anticipation to "National Prosecco Week" next month, yeah it is a thing,
we are hosting this upcoming Tuesday June 13th none other than Sofia Pagos from Drusian winery at Donato Enoteca from 5 to 8 PM where you will be able to try a flight of 3 delicious kinds of Prosecco plus a complimentary appetizer for only $18.

Drusian is located in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Hills in the Prosecco appellation and today its one of the top wineries making exceptional Prosecco following the family tradition dating back to 1890.

Sofia Pagos, a native of the Valdobbiadene area and ambassador to Drusian, will be overjoyed to answer questions and provide insight on the sparking wines we will be sampling!

You will be able to order the flight at your own table or at the bar and Sofia will love to share her passion and knowledge of some of the best bubbly Italy has to offer to the world.

Join us for a truly memorable Tuscan evening tasting the wines of renowned Montalcino winery, "Paradiso di Cacuci".

Paradiso di Cacuci is a Tuscan winery located in a small “corner of Paradise” in the northwestern area of Montalcino, in the famous area of Montosoli.

The estate was founded in 1964 and was one of the first ones to belong to the Brunello di Montalcino Consortium.

Montalcino expert and Paradiso di Cacuci export manager Francesco Ditta will be joining us and taking us through a tour of Montalcino that includes 3 different vintages of their famed Brunello di Montalcino, all of them paired with a magnificent Tuscan tasting menu by Chef Donato & Chef Gianluca.

Join us for a special evening with the wines of Paolo Scavino paired with a sumptuous Piemontese tasting menu by Chef Donato & Chef Gianluca.

Nestled in the heart of Castiglione Falletto, Paolo Scavino is one of the most historical wineries in Barolo. Founded in 1921 by Paolo Scavino, and now with Elisa Scavino at the helm, the family consistently produces some of the most memorable Piemontese wines today. It is difficult to think of a better exposure to intelligent, sophisticated Barolo than these.

Joining us at this magnificent dinner we welcome Andrea Ostorero, Paolo Scavino winery global ambassador, who will take us on a tour of this historical property.

Amongst others, Andrea will be pouring the coveted Carobric, Bric del Fiasc, and Cannubi Baroli.

Straight from Umbria, "the green heart of Italy" we welcome Valentino Valentini owner of Bocale di Valentini, a tiny state producing some of the best wine in Montefalco and Italy in general.
Umbria is best known for championing the Sagrantino grape, which in the right hands such as those from the Valentini family produce rich and brooding reds with impressive tannins and of exceptional quality.

We will taste a fantastic line up, including a couple of vintages of their Montefalco Sagrantino, the most sought after wine in our last year's Enoteca 100 tasting. Donato will pair this memorable wines with an equally memorable Umbrian feast.

Terredora di Paolo is one of the leading wineries in Campania, it is the story of a family that is closely linked to its land, its history and its people for generations. Their wines exhibit a distinctive personality due to its unique microclimate full of sunshine and volcanic soils.
